Exhibiting at The Hard Landscaping Show® couldn’t be simpler or more cost effective with all-inclusive packages designed to make life as easy as possible. But it isn't just a 2 day event - by exhibiting you'll also benefit from a comprehensive marketing programme that ensures you get the most from your promotional budget helping make your participation in the show a success.
The Hard Landscaping Show® is primarily a ‘shell scheme, fully packaged’ concept event, however we do recognise that a number of exhibitors require space only sites for equipment or corporate reasons.

Your Shell Scheme stand package price* includes:
• White Octanorm walls
• Choice of lighting (2 spotlights or 1 fluorescent tube per 9 square metres) •13 amp x 200w switched socket including power supply
• Name board and fascia
• Carpeting
• Stand cleaning
• Hall Security
• Meeting table and chairs (excludes Gallery Booths)
• Free tea and coffee
(*excludes Gallery Booths)
Stands start at just £599 plus VAT for a ready-to-occupy ‘Gallery’ booth of 2 square metres* including the use of a communal meeting and discussion area and there are 10 of these units available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Need something a little bigger?
Our fantastic Stand for a Grand deal offers you a 4 square metre* shell scheme stand with a spotlight, 13 amp x 200w switched socket including power supply, name board and fascia, carpeting, stand cleaning, hall security, meeting table and chairs, free tea and coffee on show days and free parking all for just £995 plus VAT.
(*The prices include many features that other organisers offer as chargeable extras.)

PRE-SHOW
Be seen on the web - A Hyperlink from www.hardlandscapingshow.co.uk to your own website is all part of the package. You can highlight your entry or show users a sample of your products with a full colour picture and/or logo (additional charge applies).
Inclusion in our online previews - we’ll be running regular e-news updates about company’s products, so the earlier you book the more coverage you'll get.
Exhibitor Manual - The definitive guide to making the most out of exhibiting at The Hard Landscaping Show®.
Personalised show tickets - We'll provide you with as many show tickets as you need, overprinted with your company name, so you can invite your customers and prospects to visit your stand. We’ll also help with Organiser mailings of these invitations to your top customers and prospects.
Entry into The Hard Landscaping Show® Catalogue - If you're in the show, you're in the catalogue - the book that will be placed into the hands of serious buyers, many of whom will probably use the guide after the show as a year round sourcing directory. You can highlight your catalogue entry or you can show users of the catalogue a sample of your products with a full colour picture and/or logo (additional charge applies).
To help you with your stand building we’ll provide:
A Complimentary Forklift Service - A FREE forklift service is available throughout the build-up and breakdown of the show.
During the Show we’ll provide:
FREE Parking - FREE parking for all of your staff during the show.

There are a number of additional advertising and sponsorship opportunities to help you further raise your profile and really get noticed before and during the show.
