Stephen Liverman Sales Director |
Son of West Sussex grower Norman Liverman, Stephen qualified at Oaklands (Herts College of Agriculture & Horticulture) and following 3 years spent with Elms Gardens, subsidiary of Covent Garden firm J&E Page, he set up his own wholesale distribution company, midlands based Peak Flower Services, specialising in direct buying from growers worldwide.
As sales manager of Mechaid magazine for the last 15 years, Stephen has built up an extensive knowledge of landscape and construction equipment. This, combined with his horticultural background, experience organising arts, charity events and plant fairs and over 20 years involvement in professional trade shows and events makes him ideally qualified for his central role with The Hard Landscaping Show.
Stephen is also a director of Ashbourne Arts and a trustee of Derbyshire Dales Careline and continues to regularly open his own garden as part of the National Garden Scheme.

Steven's involvement with construction industry trade shows and events worldwide spans almost 40 years and from the mid 1970's until the early 1980's Steven worked on the international sales and promotion of such brands as JCB, Kango, Hymac, Coles Cranes, Lansing Bagnall and Lancer Boss.
This was followed by 25 years running his own businesses working with the manufacturing, development and worldwide marketing of concrete technology and paving products which included extensive experience in both the supply and direct installation of a wide range of paving products and systems.
Fluent in 4 languages, Steven's experience in event organisation both as an exhibitor and an organiser along with his detailed knowledge of the industry and extensive management experience make him the obvious choice as event director for The Hard Landscaping Show.
